HEARTWIRED LLC was born from one core belief:
When adults feel seen, supported, and emotionally aware, they create environments where young people can thrive.
Founded by educator and school leader Dr. Jason Singleton, HEARTWIRED LLC bridges the gap between talking about empathy and actually embedding it into daily practice.
What began as doctoral research on teacher empathy and student belonging has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem of tools, workshops, consulting partnerships, and culture-building frameworks for schools and organizations across the country.
